Terms of Service Agreement Terms of Service * This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the expectations, policies, and responsibilities for parents and guardians enrolling their child(ren) at The Little School of Snohomish, LLC ("School," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling your child(ren) in our program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. 1. Enrollment & Tuition a. Parents/guardians must complete all required forms, including emergency contacts, medical information, and consent forms. b. A non-refundable registration fee of $150 is due upon enrollment. c. Late payments may be subject to a $25 late fee each past due calendar week until payment is remitted. d. Non-payment exceeding 60 days may result in disenrollment. e. All payments made via credit or debit card will be subject to a 3% processing fee. f. ACH (bank transfer) payments may be made without any additional fees or penalties. g. The Tuition Schedule is as follows: Registration Fee - $150 Wednesday/Friday Class - $310/month Monday/Tuesday/Thursday Classes - $360/month - Registration Fee & June Tuition Due – Upon Enrollment - September Tuition Due : 8/15/25 - October Tuition Due : 9/12/25 - November Tuition Due : 10/17/25 - December Tuition Due : 11/14/25 - January Tuition Due : 12/12/25 - February Tuition Due : 1/16/26 - March Tuition Due : 2/13/26 - April Tuition Due : 3/13/26 - May Tuition Due : 4/17/26 2. Attendance & Withdrawal a. No refunds or credits are issued for missed days due to illness, vacations, or personal reasons. b. The Little School of Snohomish does not offer make up days. c. We promote a respectful, kind, and safe environment. b. Physical aggression, bullying, or disrespectful behavior is not tolerated. c. Age-appropriate guidance strategies will be used to address behavior issues. d. Persistent behavioral concerns may result in a parent conference or disenrollment. e. Parent agrees that child(ren) must be fully toilet independent to attend The Little School of Snohomish. 4. Liability, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless Agreement a. By enrolling in The Little School of Snohomish, parents/guardians agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless The Little School of Snohomish, its staff, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands arising from their child’s participation in the program, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or accidental harm. b. The School is not liable for injuries that occur in the normal course of play, including but not limited to playground activities, arts and crafts, and physical education c. Parents assume full responsibility for any risks associated with their child’s attendance at the School d. In case of an emergency, the School has permission to administer first aid and/or obtain emergency medical treatment for the child. e. The School is not financially responsible for any medical treatment or emergency services received. f. The School is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to school by children, including but not limited to clothing, toys, electronics, and other belongings. 5. Photo & Media Waiver a. By enrolling their child(ren) in The Little School of Snohomish, parents/guardians give permission for the School to take photographs, videos, or audio recordings of their child(ren) during school activities, events, and classroom experiences. b. These images/recordings may be used for school-related purposes, including but not limited to classroom displays, newsletters, school website, social media, promotional/advertising materials. c. Images/recording will NEVER be sold or shared with unaffiliated 3rd parties without additional consent. d. If parents/guardians do not wish for their child’s images to be used, they must submit a written request within one week following the start of the school year. e. The School will make reasonable efforts to exclude the child from public photos but cannot guarantee complete exclusion in group settings. 6. Communication and Parent Responsibility a. Parents must check emails and announcements for updates and policy changes. b. The School encourages parental involvement through volunteer opportunities and open communication. 7. Amendments & Termination a. The Little School of Snohomish reserves the right to update this Agreement as needed. Parents will be notified of any changes. b. The School may terminate enrollment if policies are violated or if it is determined that the program is not a good fit for the child. 8. Acknowledgement & Agreement By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by The Little School of Snohomish Terms of Service Agreement. I also acknowledge that I am voluntarily assuming all risks associated with my child’s participation and agree to the Hold Harmless & Release of Liability provisions outlined above. I agree that it is my own independent decision to enroll my child in The Little School of Snohomish with undue influence and or solicitation. By submitting this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to sign this agreement electronically. I understand that I am able to refuse electronic signature and opt for a physical paper agreement by speaking with staff members at The Little School of Snohomish, LLC.
